WorkTeam ("we") is a proprietorship operated by Subhashis Goswami in India. This policy explains how we handle information.

Information we collect

Details you send us through our enquiry form, WhatsApp or email (name, business name, phone, email, message) and files you share for your job.

How we use it

Only to respond to your enquiry, prepare quotes, deliver the work you request, and send related service communication. We do not sell or rent your information.

Your files

Customer files are used only for the agreed work, stored in a separate customer folder and not shared with other customers. We may use AI tools to process your files; we do not share your data publicly or use it in examples without written permission. On request we delete your files after delivery, subject to any legal record-keeping needs.

What we never ask for

Passwords, OTPs, bank logins or card numbers.

Website

Our website host may keep standard server logs. We use Google Analytics to understand how many people visit the site and which pages they view (for example, pages visited, approximate location at city level, device type and how you found us). This uses cookies set by Google. We do not use advertising or remarketing trackers and we do not sell your data. You can block analytics cookies in your browser settings or with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.
