Scope
Each job is defined by a written quote stating deliverables, quantity, delivery time, revisions and price. Work outside the quote is quoted separately.
Payment
Small jobs: advance or payment on delivery as agreed. Larger projects: advance and milestones. Monthly plans: billed per service period.
Your responsibilities
You provide accurate, readable source information and have the right to share it with us. Product claims, prices and offers in creatives must come from you.
Accuracy
We check work against your source. Unclear or missing source data is flagged. Please review deliverables before use.
Professional services
Accounting and GST services are data preparation and working-file support. Filing, certification and tax advice must be done or reviewed by a qualified professional.
No guarantees of results
We deliver the agreed work. We do not guarantee sales, leads, rankings, followers or tax outcomes.
